Currently, 3 vans (mobile clinics) run on Saturdays and 2 vans run on Sundays. Each van conducts five 1-hour clinics a day. We set up in the parking lots of local businesses that have agreed to host us.
Each mobile clinic is staffed with 1 Florida licensed veterinarian, 1-3 customer service reps, 1 vet tech and 1 cashier.
Relief vet requirements:
• Must be licensed by the State of Florida. • Must provide a current copy of a PLIT certificate. • Must be adept at drawing blood. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to work outside in all elements of weather.
Pay is $500/day, but we are willing to negotiate. Each staff member, including the veterinarian, receives $5 cash each day to use towards lunch.
We provide bottled spring water, ponchos and canopies for when it's raining or too sunny.
We take clients on a first come, first serve basis. No appointment is necessary. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service whether it be at our mobile clinics or through our corporate office, which provides customer service 7 days a week!
Our corporate office is in Deland, FL. This is an administration office only, we do not have a stationary clinic.
Our relief veterinarians may choose to meet the staff at our Deland office in the morning and ride in the van (mobile clinic) all day or they may drive themselves to each clinic.
